How HR can assign a delegate role to a staff?

Introduction:

This document aims to illustrate the importance of the new attendance system. Amrita E-Track is an indigenous application designed to help the organization run a digital attendance system.
This document guides how HR can assign a delegate role to a staff.

Getting Started:

To access Amrita Attendance Management System

1, Open an internet browser (Recommended to use Google Chrome)

2. Type https://my.amrita.edu/ and click enter

3. Login with your amrita email id and password.

4. Click AMRITA E-TRACK


Add Delegate role

  1. Select the Other settings tab.

  2. Select the Manage Delegates tab.


  1. Click on the Add Delegate button.



  1. Search for the staff to be added as a delegate role.

  2. Click on the save button.



  1. Select the delegate, there you can add the staff members coming under the delegate role.

  2. Select the Add staff button.



  1. Select the staff, who are to be added under the delegate.

  2. Select the save button


After adding the staff under the delegate the screen will be as shown below.
